These terms govern your use of the Zmina website at zmina.app, including its subdomains. Your purchase and use of the Zmina application are governed by a separate End User License Agreement, available at zmina.app/license. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Zmina is developed and sold by Mykhailo Onikiienko, a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada. For questions about these terms, contact support@zmina.app.
Buying Zmina
You can buy Zmina from this site. Checkout and payment are handled by Kelviq, Inc. (“Kelviq”), our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for your purchase: Kelviq processes the payment, charges any applicable tax, and provides your receipt. Your license to use the app is governed by the End User License Agreement at zmina.app/license, which includes our 14-day refund policy. We recommend reading it before you buy.
The waitlist (closed)
Before launch we ran an email waitlist. We are no longer accepting new signups. If you joined, you will receive the launch announcement and at most one further email about a major v1.1 update, and nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Product-update emails (optional)
Anyone can choose to receive occasional product-update emails, whether or not you own Zmina. This is separate from any purchase and never required: you can buy without subscribing, and you can subscribe without buying. Subscribing uses a double opt-in (you confirm by email), and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this site or to join either email list. The age and capacity needed to buy a license are addressed in the End User License Agreement.
How to unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the unsubscribe link, or by emailing privacy@zmina.app. We process unsubscribe requests promptly, and email records are deleted as described in our privacy policy.
Our rights
We may remove subscribers from either email list at our discretion, including for repeated bounces, abuse, or apparent spam signups. We will not remove you without a reason.
Acceptable use
Please do not use this site to:
- Submit other people’s email addresses without their permission
- Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts that are not your own
- Disrupt or interfere with the site’s operation
- Engage in any unlawful activity
Disclaimer
This site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about its availability or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Warranties and liability for the app itself are covered in the End User License Agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction may also apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will reflect them here with a new effective date, and where a change affects an active email subscription we will notify affected subscribers by email.
